Stokke® Xplory® in "Sex and the City - The Movie"

When the movie staff in “Sex and the City - The movie” was shopping for the perfect stroller for the character Charlotte, they asked for a Stokke Xplory.

The highly anticipated "Sex and the City - The Movie" had a world premiere the last weekend in May 2008, with movie goers coming in crowds. Selling tickets for a the astonishing sum of 55 million dollars in USA alone in the opening weekend, exceeded the already high expectations of the producers in Warner Brothers.

What pleases Stokke off course, is the fact that about 3/4 into the movie there is a scene from the baby shower, with Stokke Xplory visible in three of the shots. The stroller is the cream coloured version to be consistent with Charlotte´s playfully conservative character.
